SLR

i just remembered - perhaps in my hazy confusion of excitement and surprise - that i completely forgot to share my most recent good news; i got a new SLR! well, a new old one i should say. it's my dad's old fujica ax-3 (vintage!) which were, according to my googling, one of the best of their time. since i'm going to adelaide soon where there's a bunch of old churches and historical landmarks, the vintage effect should come in good use. unfortunately for me it's got manual EVERYTHING, as opposed to my current SLR, so i've got a lot of reading up to do before i leave. but judging from what cool functions i've read about already, it should all be worth it.
